These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the dealw.me website and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service is a multi-seller marketplace: independent sellers (“Partners”) list goods or services; dealw.me provides the platform, checkout flows where configured, and tools for operators. You buy from the Partner shown on the listing — contractual performance is between you and that Partner unless we explicitly state otherwise.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and comply with applicable law. You may not misuse the Service (including fraud, scraping that harms availability, or circumventing security). AI-assisted features are provided as tools only; outputs are not professional, legal, or financial advice.

Payments may be processed via Stripe (including Stripe Connect for Partners). Additional terms from Stripe apply when you use checkout. Platform fees and payout rules are shown where we surface them (e.g. partner dashboards).

We may change the Service or these Terms; material changes will be indicated by updating this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
